Mountain Tastings are just different!
The Whisky Tasting The Smallest Whisky Bar on Earth on the mountain in the Engadine have become almost a tradition: After sporting quite challenging hike went to the Piz Umbrail 2008 last year by car to the Piz Corvatsch :
In the prevailing temperatures and especially in the planned program with tastings of each 6 whiskeys at three different height stations (at 1797m, 2702m and 3303m altitude) would be the sure-footedness was no longer guaranteed well ... Anyway, I'm back again and this time will take my latest Laphroaig filling .
Notes: TWC Laphroaig 2001-2010, 8 years, 56.9% vol.
Aroma: peat with a circular sweetish Vannile background and Anis breath
Taste: a mixture of peat and a strong vanilla note fruchigen
finish: very long lasting and some
